The Mountain Goats - Ghana
The third and perhaps best compilation of earlier Mountain Goats tracks. It contains one of the most humorous songs ever written by Darnielle in "Anti-Music Song", a minute and a half rant against music. And Brian Wilson.
I like Brian Wilson though. But anyways, back to the Mountain Goats. The album contains other great songs such as "Going to Port Washington" and "Golden Boy."
And guess what, it got an 8.9 on Pitchfork. So it's got to be good, right?

Hahah, but it seriously is awesome (yes, I can't think of any other way to describe it), it's highly recommended. Anything that John Darnielle puts out is worth listening to though, but the 31-song Ghana is one of his best.
