Neko Case - Fox Confessor Brings the Flood
Neko Case of the power pop band the New Pornographers returns to alt. country with a stellar performance with this new album. Apart from Neko Case being the woman of my dreams, she also has the greatest voice I have ever had the privelege to hear.
A few months ago, I took out Neko Case's album Blacklisted, which I listened to non-stop until it was due again. However, I burnt it and I think it may just be the best thing to come out of the recent alt. country scene. But anyways, I had high hopes for this album, and she did not disappoint. Admittedly, I still have to listen to this album A LOT more, but so far I really like it.
Contains 12 songs, only runs 36 minutes. The cd's worth it alone for the second song "Star Witness."
