Okkervil River - Don't Fall in Love With Everyone You See
In the opening song "Alone Again Or" of possibly the greatest album ever "Forever Changes" by Love, during the second verse they say "Yeah I heard a funny thing somebody said to me. 'You know that I could be in love with almost everyone'."

That line really meant a lot to me at the time, and this Okkervil River album kind of delves into the same idea.

Will Sheff's catchy folk music accompanied by emotional vocals (comparable to Conor Oberst I guess, but better) and his poignant, and sometimes amazing, lyrics make this album and this band one of my most valuable finds this past year. Out of the 9 songs, it's hard to narrow the best song on the album down to five. It's one of the most personal cd's I've ever listened to.

Don't Fall in Love With Every Album You Hear, But This One Could Be An Exception

Buy it here.
I'll be back later hopefully. Enjoy.

I happened to feel the same way about this Love line many years ago, and it's kind of funny to think that other people may have felt the same about it too (cause i never told anyone). So i'm more than happy to get this Okkervil River album i never knew of. Thanks a lot!
